Steps to report a customer issue.
- If you are an existing customer and would like support, as a first step, please reach out to your company’s BoostUp administrator. They will be able to assist you, or if needed escalate to the BoostUp support team.
- For any issues using the BoostUp web application, you can post a message in the dedicated BoostUp Slack channel for your company. Our support team constantly monitors the channels and will be able to respond to you quickly and address your questions. This is the fastest way to get responses to your questions.
- You can also email your dedicated Customer Success Manager for assistance with any issues.
- Finally, you can always email firstname.lastname@example.org, and our support team will get in touch with you and help answer your questions.
